Our vintage carpets/rugs are washed several times during the production process to gain their faded look, also, in the final stage before shipment, It will cleaned and washed with highly standards. The quality of the original carpets/rugs and the methods which applied in the production process are important in the final products.

Each carpet/rug is priced based on Size, Age, Quality of the original carpet, Origin of the carpet, Material and some minor factors. Some of them have minor faults which caused cheaper prices than others and It would be a real bargain we highly recommend that you watch accompanying video before buying that carpet/rug. Please note that customized carpets have to be paid for in advance (partially) but they have the usual Return Policy.

First, we need to agree on the pattern, size and color remotely or in the store, then we need 1 week to find your own unique carpet/rug due to the fact that our products are one of a kind and handmade. It typically takes a further 8-10 working days for inspection, refurbishment or repairment (if needed), washing and dying in new colors, all under expert supervision (Please note that during specific periods we may get busy and there can be few days delays, additionally, during our final inspection before shipment, some carpets may need extra care and attention and this may also cause additional delays.). After all these preparation process, Shipment may take between 1-2 weeks, For sure if your order is urgent, we can consider the whole process urgent and deduct some days.

All the photos of our carpets are taken professionally with a high-resolution digital camera. The photos are therefore as close to the actual carpet colors as possible. However, please be aware that the type, quality and age of the screen you use for viewing the carpets can affect how the photos and colors are displayed on your monitor. To assist you further in making the best choice and to help you avoid disappointment, we advise to watch the carpet/rug's videos and if it's not available, please contact us to send. There might be slight differnces in the color of the videos and photos, due to different lightening. in our experience the videos will be more accurate. The photos are taken in natural light and can look a little brighter. The videos, which are made indoor, generally reflect the true colors more accurately.

We are trying to provide detailed photos and videos with the highiest quality and natural light on the instagram and website. However, if you need more videos or photos of the specific carpet/rug, please send us an email or a message on Instagram and we send you as soon as possible. We will also take videos with your carpet selections placed side-by-side to help you compare and choose the one that’s best for you.

One of the main advantages of vintage carpets is that they collect very little dirt, due to their short pile,.To maintain the condition and extend the life of your rug,vacuum regularly. We strongly advise you to avoid using water, detergents or carpet shampoo on your vintage carpets as these can cause fading or cause the colors to run ( due to the nature of organic colore ). If a carpet gets stained, we recommend seeking the advice of a professional carpet cleaner. We recommend storing them in a dry place, wrapped in a cotton sheet to allow the carpets to breathe. Mothballs should not be placed directly on the carpets, but elsewhere in your storage area. Please avoid exposing your carpets to strong sunlight as this can cause the colors to fade.
